The Ultimate Tool for Document Conversion and Data Migration
From Office to Web, Seamlessly
Struggling with formatting issues when moving from Word to a blog? NoteRich converts .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx files into clean HTML or Markdown. While complex attachments are stripped for web compatibility, the core text, tables, and basic structures are perfectly preserved, saving you hours of manual reformatting.
Zero-Loss Archiving with NRF
When you need to keep every single detail, including embedded images, code blocks, and custom styles, our native NRF (NoteRich Format) is the solution. Unlike standard Markdown or HTML exports that might drop attachments, NRF guarantees a 100% lossless conversion, making it ideal for long-term archiving and cross-device synchronization.
Instant PDF Generation
Need to share a document with a client or professor? Our integrated PDF export leverages your browser native print engine. This ensures that what you see in the WYSIWYG editor is exactly what gets printed to PDF, maintaining page breaks, fonts, and layout integrity without relying on external servers.
Frequently Asked Questions about Conversion
Why are attachments missing in my HTML or Markdown export?
HTML and Markdown are primarily text-based formats. To ensure maximum compatibility and clean code, NoteRich automatically excludes binary attachments during these exports. If you need to keep attachments, please use the NRF format.
How does the PDF export work?
We use the browser built-in window.print() API. This guarantees that the PDF output perfectly matches the visual layout of your editor, including custom styles and page breaks, without uploading your data to any conversion server.
What is the difference between NRF and NRB?
NRF (NoteRich Format) is designed for single-document export with 100% content preservation. NRB (NoteRich Backup) is a batch format used for automatic backups and migrating entire workspaces across devices.
Can I convert PDF to Word?
Yes! You can import a PDF, and NoteRich will parse its text and structure into an editable document. You can then edit it and export it as a new .docx or HTML file. Note that complex PDF layouts may require minor manual adjustments after parsing.
